Insight Creative Digital is a Dutch-based agency for digital communication. We are located at Elzenlaan 6, 1214KL Hilversum, The Netherlands. Our website address is:

At Insight Creative Digital, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of the visitors to our website. Our website is a platform to showcase our work and services. We have put together this Privacy Policy to provide you with information about how we use personal information, the limited conditions under which we may disclose to others and how we keep it secure.

Types of data we collect and why we collect it

When someone visits, we use third-party services, Google Search Console and Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to see the number of visitors to various parts of the website and to see how people are finding Insight Creative Digital online. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

The comments section on our website has been disabled.  The only way to send information via the website is through our contact form.
If potential clients would like to learn more about what we do or are interested in collaborating on a project, they can can contact us via the contact form. The contact form includes an e-mail so that we can answer back personally. If we decide to work together we will move the e-mail address to our client information; if we do not work together the e-mail address will be deleted after a few months.

Insight Creative Digital currently does not send out newsletters and we have not created a group mailing list on any online platform.

When we initiate projects we use a third-party service, Google Drive, to store photos, videos and files. When collaborating on texts and timelines, we use Google Docs and/or Sheets.

Internet connection / WiFi

We use a secure modem at the Insight Creative Digital office. If we are working outside of the office, we only use a secure WiFi connectin. If the WiFi is not secure, then we will use a personal hotspot with password via our account with KPN.

Client information

When we take on a new client we ask for basic information including name, company, address, e-mail address, telephone number, VAT/IBAN (only clients outside of the Netherlands). Clients share photos and videos with us at their own liberty. If we no longer manage a website, we will delete the files after due time. In the interest of our clients, we do not immediately delete website files and information after termination of the collaboration. In the event the client does not have information properly in place for security and backups, we would still be willing to assist in the retrieval of files.

For the cloud backup on our computers we use IDrive, which includes private encryption. For the cloud backups of the WordPress websites we manage under Customer Care, we use iThemes, which is entirely GDPR compliant.

Access to your personal information

Under the GDPR, our clients are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold. Clients may contact Catherine Reijans at [email protected] to request information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This privacy will be reviewed annually to ensure that we are still in line with the GDPR requirements.
